Alberta Team Handball is proud to announce a partnership with the Respect Group to provide interactive, online training courses to empower people to recognize and prevent bullying, abuse, harassment and discrimination in handball.

They have RESPECT Certified over 1 million Canadians to date and their training courses currently meet the Sport Canada training requirements under the Safe Sport mandate.

For more information on the Respect Group, please visit their website: www.respectgroupinc.com

Together with Alberta Team Handball Federation, The Respect Group has created an online portal for all registered clubs for the 2020 season where they can access and manage the Respect in Sports programs for their coaches, staff, parents and volunteers.  When individuals register for one of the Respects in Sports programs, they will be able to select their club or organization from the Association drop-down menu and then will then be automatically linked with that club, as well as with Alberta Team Handball Federation.
